I have known this house for the past 9 years and remember the beautiful reform happening, it maintains as much character today as it did originally and is a comfortable and inviting home.

The lovely wooden double front door leads you into a vestibule which is finished with attractive zocolo tiles in the traditional manner, off this is the first of 2 reception rooms, which has been used as a home office , through a set of glass and wood doors and you are in the reception area, an arch draws the eye to the rustic fitted fitted kitchen and dining area with wood burner and double doors out on to the cool and very private patio, downstairs is tiled throughout with rustic baldoza terracotta tiles, there is a separate passage way besides the kitchen which also has door leading to laundry and downstairs wash room area and on to the patio.
