Marvellous rural tourism hotel close to A Cañiza ( Pontevedra)

This house was bought and restored as a hotel in 2001.

All the land is walled with automatic irrigation and has a swimming pool.

The house itself is about 300m2 on three floors.

On the lower floor: there are two large wine cellars.

On the first floor: there is a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms one of which is catalogued as “special”, glassed in gallery and a terrace. This floor has three entrances.

Second floor: in a tower format, there are two bedrooms one classified as “special” both with bathrooms.

The property has two old barns that have been used for animals in the past that have been re-roofed.

All the carpentry is first class and the whole house has been re-roofed with French tiles (top of the range).

The house is situated about 50 km from Vigo on the motorway and the same distance from Orense.

Apparently the house dates back to the 18th century.
