Set in a lovely courtyard just off the main road between Benalmádena and Torremolinos is this well proportioned cafe bar.   The ample ninety square metre interior can seat almost fifty, which still leaves plenty of room to stand at the horseshoe shaped serving bar.   Main seating inside the bar area is from long sofa-style seats round the walls.   Wooden tables front the sofas so drinks and nibbles can be kept within easy reach and the well-kept terrace can seat seventy very comfortably.   The bar area can be managed by one person leaving another to tend to the terrace.

The bar is all but a five-minute walk from the fabulous beach of La Carihuela and is surrounded by residential apartments, timeshare apartments and major tour operator hotels.   There are bus routes running either side of the courtyard that ferry holidaymakers and locals right to the door.   The current owners host very popular bingo and quiz nights during the week.   When not playing bingo or testing the patron’s general knowledge, they can take advantage of the satellite TV system that is included in the sale price.   There are facilities to provide a snack menu in the compact kitchen and included in the sale price is the kitchen equipment, terrace furniture, bottle coolers, TV and the cash register.

Overall, this a very nice bar with a relaxed atmosphere, situated in one of the most popular areas of Torremolinos.   When you consider all factors, especially the price for a bar this size, this will not be on our books for long.   Early viewing is highly recommended!
