A unique time to live the whole process of winemaking, both traditional and modern. Three selected wineries open their gates for you. You will participate in the harvest, visiting the vineyard and the winery, tasting the wine in all its stages. We&rsquo;ll eat the grapes, drink the fermenting juice from the tanks, the wine from the barrels and at last from the bottle enjoying a traditional lunch. Madrid&rsquo;s &ldquo;Vegas&rdquo; (fertile plains) region, where the wineries are, is in the countryside south-east of the city. Not an hour drive.
