# The Euro going down again

Once again the Euro is sliding against the pound,The rate at this moment is just over 1.21 Euros to the pound,Making the pound the strongest it has been.for about 18 months,this will bring some respite to ex-pat pensioners,as they will receive more euros to their pounds.Not so good for those selling or trying to sell houses in Spain or having to go back to U.K.and changing what euros they have left into Sterling.
 Does anybody on this Forum have any ideas on how to prepare for the scenario,of a few countries having to drop out of the Euro (including Spain)how to actually get through it without losing another pile of money,or are we prepared to not think about it and bury our heads in the sand.
