I am not a fan of Jeffs,But within 24 hours of him commenting on this forum regarding Resedentias and Padrons,He has replied on his blog,with the correct procedures and what paperwork is required.
 I am not transferring this onto this forum as one or two others on this forum normally do this and I dont want to take their job away from them.So if you dont read Jeffs blog,you may have to wait awhile for it to appear here
