Can I ask if anyone has any experience of being denounced and taken to court in Spain?  I have a court case pending where I am the innocent party but have been denounced!  When it is proved that the other party is to blame (I do hope!) what happens about court fees?  It has cost a fortune so far and now my solicitor is asking for more.  I am hoping that these fees are repaid?  If not, what a ridiculous system!  Any help gratefully received.  Thank you
