 CLASSIC PRAWN COCKTAIL ~ with homemade Marie-rose sauce
 MUSHROOMS A LA GREQUE ~ fresh mushrooms cooked in olive oil with
 onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice & black pepper, served chilled with a salad garnish
 ENTREMESES ~ a platter of Spanish meats & cheeses, garnished with olives
