hi everyone, we are viewing properties on la marina urb mon 13th july with gary lewis of complete spanish properties, is there anything I need to know
 
 any advise appreciated 
 
 my concerns are: being scammed by the estate agent, are the properties legally constructed, do they come with land registry problems?, are they set for demolition? what is the area like (I have read comments about the dog poo but nothing else), is the urb well populated? what is crime level like?
 
 I have trawled the internet the best i can to find the answers to these questions but need local help
