So there one is laying in bed with windows wide open as it is a little warm and all one can hear every time a car goes by is a very loud CLONK CLONK. It comes from a man hole cover that has been lifted by one of the Utility Companies and not replaced properly. There seems to be quite a few of these around the Urb. So if our newly elected councellor could find a way of getting this problem sorted for the many people who suffer that would be just GREAT.  If you do not think this is justified maybe the new Mayor might come all the way down from Alicante to have a listen.  Are you still away Jeff, or have you given up trying to answer the people's questions up here?
