Hi I am new to this forum and would like some advice.  I live on the urb and have heard today from a neighbour of a serious situation and am not sure what to do about it.  It should be reported to the police but I know that my neighbour will not speak to them, however this has potential to affect many other people in a very serious way, but I don't know what to do with the information to get it investigated further. Please help if you can, I'm caught up with this very worrying information and it needs to be taken very seriously.
