Who knows the best way to contact them?
I've phoned and waited, I've phoned, got through and been told they' ll phone me back, still waiting.
I've tried online, Twitter, Facebook etc to no avail.
I moved house 3 months ago, unplugged all appliances and turned the electric off at the box, and guess what, I got a Bill for Euros 45.43..and no, it's not estimated.
I somehow used over 32 Euros of electric?
They used to have an office in Guardamar which is still open as far as I know. You may be as well calling in there. It was near what used to be Lloyds bank, on the top road, at the Torrevieja end of Guardamar.
The office in Gaudarmar is still open been in a few times they were very helpful if you stay on the N332 to the second roundabout as you go past Gaurdamar and come of as if going back into town it's close by on the right hand side address is Calle Era de Madaleneta, 9, 03140 Guardamar del Segura, Alicante google map it. Be sure that the charge is for units not for your contracted amount which you pay for whether you use it or not plus meter hire etc it goes on when my small holiday home used to lie empty for months at a time I still had a bill of around €50 and was never in it. Hope you get it sorted

I found Iberdrola's office in Guardamar and a nice young lady explained to me that the bill was correct.
It seems that before you even switch a light on, you are being charged about 23 Euros a month, for various items which we can all see listed on the back of the Bill.
