This property is location on a corner site with gardens there is the communal gardens and pool to enjoy it is in the Pueblo Bravo area of Quesada, there are restaurants, shops close by and a local Lemon tree sunday market. Ideal for cycle ride where you can enjoy the countryside as there is lots of cycle routes in the area. Quesada is a well know area with many shops, restaurants to choose from as well as the well know Quesada arches, we have Lidi and Consum.

It is close to other towns and villages like Torrevieja, Formentera Del Segura, Algorfa, San Luis and so on there are several golf courses in the area La Finca Golf, Vistabella Golf, Greenland’s Golf, La Marquesa Golf

There is a local festival that takes place in April and others throughout the year. It is close to the motorway AP7 as Alicante airport is only 30 minutes away and Murcia 45 minutes away going by toal’s.

The town house is set in a lovely atmosphere with the communal gardens and pool and is peaceful and quiet a great get away from it all holiday retreat.

We can arrange special things for you for example if you are newly wed we can have chocolates and cava on your arrival with confetti and banners, we can even do this for a wedding anniversary, birthday, retirement get away you tell us we will do it

We can arrange bicycle hire and tours for you, coach trips, day trips, car hire, nursery hire, golf equipment hire, disability equipment hire, welcome packs, beach holiday pack, airport transfer to make your stay pleasant

Our key holder will meet and greet you there’s a 24 hour contact number should you need help or advice.
