This truly is an apartment for beach lovers. This luxury apartment enjoys spectacular views over the Mediterranean sea. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with lift access from street level and also down to the beach. The lounge is spacious and comfortably furnished with wall mounted flat screen television. There is a Sonos sound system and wi-fi internet. The kitchen is open plan and of the highest standard with Bosch appliances. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom haws a double bed and there is a Guest bathroom next to it with walk in shower cubicle. The second bedroom also has a double bed and luxury en-suite bathroom with both walk in shower and jacuzzi style bath. The bedroom has glass patio doors out to the terrace area. When left open you can lie in bed and hear the sound of the waves. Both the lounge and Master bedroom lead onto the covered terrace which has glass curtains. There are sunbeds hear for lounging and gym equipment. The glass topped dining table is also here so you can dine while enjoying the views. The beach is just downstairs and at the side there is the excellent Malibu restaurant/cocktail bar where you can enjoy meals, snacks or drinks. Also within walking distance is an excellent seafood restaurant. If you are not planning on hiring a car then you can make use of the excellent and cheap bus service running along the coastal road.
