If you are getting a lot of cold calls - which we were, including ones where there is no reply when you answer - you can call telefonica on 1004, wait for the message to speak to someone in English - and they will block all sales calls. It apparently takes a few days to go through all the loops, but they promise it will be stopped. What a relief. We have been plagued with about 6 or 8 each day.
