 Situated in a new development on the outskirts of La Marina village, these lovely apartments are located on the first and second floors directly above one another making it ideal for two family groups.
 The apartments have two spacious bedrooms which will sleep four people and there is plenty of wardrobe space to hang all your clothes. The fully tiled bathroom has a WC, bidet, handbasin and bath with overhead shower.
 The lounge is open plan with sofa, dining table,coffee table, UK TV and dvd player. The balcony leads off the lounge.
 The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, oven/hob and washing machine in the utility area.
 The top floor apartment has air condtioning and paddle fans and the first floor has paddle fans to keep it cool in the summer.
 
 The area
 El Pinet is in a quiet rural area just outside the village of La Marina which is typically Spanish and you will be able to find a wide selection of pleasant bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. There is an English Butchers in the village, papershop, chemist, grocery store etc and a short 5 minute drive you will find a large supermarket and the new Iceland store selling all your well known brands.
 The beach at El pinet has long been a favourite with the Spanish due to its beautiful golden sand and beachside eateries. The apartments are a pleasant 10 minute walk through the pine trees and salt lakes to reach the beach. It is also a very popular area for bird watchers due to the wide variety of bird life which the salt lakes attract.
