Can anybody put me straight on the Resedencia issue.
 Mine is an A4 green piece of paper that i obtained a few years ago.A friend of ours obtained hers today and it is a credit card sized card.she also had to produce proof that she had enough income in order to keep herself.
 Is this a new idea,and does everybody have to re-apply to obtain the new card,my A4 green sheet did not have an expiry date on so i gathered I did not have to renew it at any time,or have the Spanish Authorities moved the goalposts again.
 Any sensibles replies i would be grateful
