After speaking to a well known lady who has organised many fund raising events in San Fulgencio and outside of San Fulgencio I was told that for any bar or establishment holding any sort of event that includes music or has the potential to receive any complaints regarding noise, that they have to now submit a proper licence to the local town hall ( which is normal). What I've been told now is that this licence is being sent of to Valencia for them to decide regarding wether the event can be held or not. 
 I have no idea is she has her wires crossed or not. 
 This is all down to the complaints regarding music ad excessive noise. 
 Is there any truth to this.
