I recently tried to send a parcel to my daughter in Belgium. As it was a present I made sure that the parcel was well wrapped up and I insured the contents. A few days later I had a note in my mail box to tell me to go to the post office with the paperwork and receipt for the parcel.
 I was informed that they could not send this parcel as it contained either batteries or electrical wiring. At least I got my parcel back and the money refunded. This new ruling, I was informed had been in force for two months. Has anyone seen, read or heard anything about this new ruling?
