 Not sure that this is the correct link.  But you asked about a link Reg posted Moreno Law.. The name rang a bell, I know I had seen it, but old age takes over, anyway I remember, the package our Solicitor sent to Strasbourg quoted a case Moreno Gómez & Noise Nuisance and the Right to Respect for Private and Family Life
