does anybody know what i can do because i have a neighbor he puts rat poison on the ground and on the little green area.I am in sorrow, because I have cats.I called the police but they said to me, i have to go to the ayuntamiento,but we have saturday.its 2 days till monday.I can not believe that they do nothing.many people live in the neighborhood with dogs and cats.
 i am sorry for my bad english :-)maybe someone knows what to do.
