May I start by saying welcome to the forum Shelley
 I am pleased you have joined and are willing to voice your opinions,you seem like my kind of person,willing to talk politics,unfortunately,we may be in the minority,as in the past it seems that whenever anything political arises,it is quickly shouted down by a chorus of'we came to Spain to enjoy our lives and not to talk politics'This has led to personal attacks,which is something I dont like,In so much as a couple of people who enjoyed a political debate have stopped commenting on it.
 Already we do not agree on certain things,but i hope like me you do not take it personally,but as you say it is the craiic,that gives the buzz
