The interior is sixty metres square and has recently been redecorated and refurbished to an extremely high standard.  Internally there is plenty of seating, a pool table which is run on a 50/50 basis, a full sound system, a karaoke system, full air conditioning, smoke extraction and a ceiling fan.  The bar is marble topped with buttoned, cushioned leather sections to its front.  The serving area is well set out with plenty of shelves for bottles and glasses, and includes a three-door cooler, fridges, ice freezer, glass washer, microwave and sink unit.  There is also the benefit of a further storage room.

The terrace is thirty metres square and benefits from unusual box-style tables and chairs as well as more traditional terrace furniture and seats at least thirty.  Given the superb quality of its decoration, and its location, we feel this business is sensibly priced and we do not expect it to be on our portfolio for long, so early viewing is recommended.

The property does require a small amount of refurbishment (cleaning, painting and decoration, etc) at an estimated cost of €500.
