This fabulous villa has Old World charm but has been fully restored and modernised.  It boasts superb panoramic views of the coastline and the mountains of Mijas Pueblo.  Located in a tranquil area and at the end of a cul-de-sac with green belt nearby you feel you are in a very countryfied setting yet the villa is unbelievably only 5 minutes' drive from the quaint cobble stoned village of Mijas, and 10 minutes' from Fuengirola and its beaches.

The villa is very spacious with a lounge with open fireplace, ornate chandeliers, original tiled flooring and French doors which open onto a covered terrace area with seating.  The dining room has arched ceilings and timber beams and is complete with a rustic Spanish wooden table and French doors leading out to an additional dining area.   The kitchen is complete with a gas range cookern, an American side by side fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer.  Patio doors lead out from the kitchen to a comfortable "chill out" patio area.

There are  3 double bedrooms, all beautifully furnished with 2 doubles and 1 twin.  All are air conditioned and have wonderful views with one having its own private terrace.  The family bathroom has a bath with a separate shower cubicle and his and hers wash bowls.  The second shower room is on the ground floor.

Outside there are two lawned areas with colorful flower beds, several terraces for relaxing or dining alfresco.  There is a fabulous BBQ area complete with hot and cold water, a fridge, a central cooking area and timber roof.

The pool is 9 x 4 metres with Roman steps and a very large sunbathing area around the pool so you can top up your tan.  The pool can be heated on request and there is an additional charge for this.

There is easy parking outside the villa.
