<p>HELP!!&nbsp; I arrived here in Spain at the start of 2012 and registered for my NIE number, Padron, Residence card and SIP card.&nbsp; I have lost my Residence card and my SIP card (although this is now out of date) - how do I replace them?&nbsp; I need to register as Autonomo and I can't do this with out the Residence card.&nbsp; I also need it to apply for a new SIP card.&nbsp; Can anyone help????</p>
