 Hi, I was wondering if you can assist me in the above. I have a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment in La Union that I have had rented out for 4 years. However the tenant has now gone back to Madrid and at the same time the lady that looked after the rental of the property has gone back to England .
  
 I would sell the property for 65000 Euros or rent it on a long term lease 11months “ renewable” for 425 Euros per month.
