Could Jeff clarify who will be visiting the illegal bars he speaks about on his site. I also have spoken to bar owners in the past when one of us was very ill after leaving hospital and asked if they would please turn the noise down they said they would but only turned it up louder when I left. Does Jeff or the police have no control over the bars cafes. Because it gets unbearable during the summer months when we need to have our windows open and it is impossible to get to sleep or watch tv because of the noise. I think its time for other authorities to get involved this has gone on far to long now. We too have to make a living and we need our sleep I am sure a bar /cafe owner would not like to be kept awake so why should we I know of at least one bar owner who signed a petition in the past about the noise  ( will Jeff respond )
