I would very much like some information as to the situation regarding repossessed. I have spoken to a few estate agents in the area that I have seen advertising what seems to be great deals, but I am not sure I am being told the correct information. Does anyone have first hand experience buying a property like this? If so could you give me some pointers as to what to look out for
