We had an extremely nice middle aged couple come in to our office yesterday looking for a Long Term Rental property on La Marina urbanisation.  They require a 3 Bed Bungalow type property (all on one level) and if possible a pool.  They do not need it immediately but should anybody have one they wish to let out now or in a few weeks/months time please contact us.  They would be excellent tenants.
