Yet again another town hall ( callous de Segura ) has built kennels for cats and dogs in 21 days. Check page 5 of the RTN. 
 With the amount of Charities on this Urb a kennels backed by the town hall is what's needed. 
 What is the town halls cost with Cereco I ask, the town hall must be spending a fortune every month with the contract they have with cereco. 
 So over the past two weeks this is the 3rd local town hall that has accepted they needed kennels and built it. 
 So I think it's time this place had some sort of shelter.
