We all know that the speed limit is 30kph on the bottom road (iceland).  Today I was following 2 cars doing the speed limit and about half way down the stretch the 2nd car decided to overtake.  The guy a fellow I recognise from around the urb took offence and started to speed up and with a car comming in the other direction was very dangerous, when the car got level I saw the first driver giving various hand signals to the overtaking car.  We dont need expats trying to force others into doing 30KPH if they decide to break the limit that is their problem and myself I think it is safe to do 50KPH on the bottom road but thats my opinion.
