In the past property owners with large mortgages who have found it hard to keep up with the payments and have got themselves in to debt, have in many cases, either handed the keys back to the Bank or just gone back to their country of origin.  It would appear that very little has been done about this by the Banks, but now things seem to be changing.
 
 Banks are now taking on a very pro-active role with chasing anybody who have disappeared leaving their mortgage outstanding.  It appears that the Banks are now chasing ALL people who fall in to this category without exception with the view of taking them to Court to reclaim, one way or another, the money that is owed to the Banks.  SO, if anybody is in this position and thinking of doing this DON'T because they will catch up with you.
 
 One way out of this is for you to do a Long Term Rental with our Company.  This way you will still be able to pay your mortage and hence keep your property and be able to sell it when the market picks up again !!
