<p>Medcare is a private clinic that anyone can call up and make the usual appointments without being members or having to go back etc, they have British English GP services (working alongside or independently from the Spanish Healthcare system so no need for a translator). As well as Generel Dentistry and Cosmetic Surgeries, Botox, fillers, and the likes... I say all of that, because they also offer for free:</p>
 <p>Mole checks! (so important before getting too much sun!)</p>
 <p>Mini MOT give aways on radio and FaceBook (free Diabetes screes, blood pressure and a few more well woman/well man check)</p>
 <p>Free Diabetes Club for Expats on the Costa Blanca</p>
 <p>Free consultations for Oral Cancer checks and or dental work wanted</p>
 <p>Free massage for first time patients</p>
 <p>Free body alignment check</p>
 <p>And the list goes on....</p>
 <p>They are an expat business on the Costa Blanca who also believe in giving someting back. Their clinics are in Benijofar and Alfaz Del Pi and I found them on facebook under medcare</p>
