Alan I appreciate your post and I apologize you may be by writing in English sometimes I can not use the right meaning -
 Alan I have my card as Delegate of the Mayor dated on the 3rd of March 2011 ,it says councillor delegate of the Mayor
 I can show it to you when you come to my office,When I see you I will 
 remember you and we can take the opportunity to have a coffee
 You see one thing is rumors or being misled and other thing the reality
