Three bedroom casita in the beach area of Oliva. in need of a little smartening up, a bit of gardening and someone who will love and cherish it. A bit like a stray puppy if you forget the gardening bit. This place could be so nice!

The casita is located between the town and the beach; about halfway, so you can walk to either unless you're like me and then you'll take the car. When you get home there's plenty of space for parking and the plot is fenced and gated.

If you overheat there's a pool to help out and you'll be grateful for Spain's beautiful weather as the house runs on solar energy so will keep your bills very low. Even the water is free as it comes directly from the ground. It's not for drinking, but pretty much everything else.

If you fancy a peaceful cheap lifestyle or a great place to escape for your holidays, you really should give this one some consideration.
