Bet you can't look at this house without it reminding you of a Swiss chalet, the roof line, the views, even the half round timber cladding on the upper floor. Well if you've already looked at the pictures, which I bet you have and you didn't think of a Swiss chalet then you are now, however annoying that may be. It's like the way subliminal advertising works although not so subliminal and maybe not as effective.
Swiss chalet styling apart, this is a cute retreat set in natural parkland where other buildings to spoil your view are about as likely as winning the lottery which I believe to be around 14,000,000:1. Seeing as winning the lottery seems to happen most weeks, we'll forget about that one.
The house isn't big, but it is cute, comprising two bedrooms, one modest, one largish, a cosy (estate agent speak for small) lounge, a "cosier" kitchen and a shower room. The current owners have added a timber extension to the house to provide a summer lounge and there is a barbeque/outbuilding, ideal as a generator hut within the plot of around 830m2 which has very good access. Water supplied by a spring under pressure and electricity by however you decide to make it. The installation is there, but it would need either a generator or solar power (probably a mixture of the two would be favourite) to excite anything.
