San Fulgencio is a very small village so you dont need to follow anyone and I would not stoop to such a thing also it was not me who mentioned the electricity and would certainly not make "glib" remarks in fact if you took the trouble to read the comments properly instead of picking out odd comments you would se that I am all in favour of people being helped but am also a realist .Should the councellor manage to get the town hall to assist to set up thie meal centre I hope it works out well and helps those who really need it, but I wouldnt hold my breath as I think it will be left to the ex pat community as usual to do it ,if anything needs organising the British are always ready , willing and able, God bless them!!
