# Sterling weakens against the Euro

It ,was only a few weeks ago,I was stating on this Forum that the Pound Sterling was at its highest for some considerable time agaist the Euro.Oh how things can go awry, since then the popund has dropped  to 1.248,a drop of nearly 4cents
 Being morbid it means that if your cash is kept in G.B.and you convert it to Euros it is worth 3% less than just a couple of months ago.of course if you are relocating from Spain and all your cash is in Euros you have made a 3% gain,so really its swings and roundabouts.
