After sitting down with Councillor Paulino Herrera and getting the correct information and not being lost in translation, a complaint was not lodged directly against Impact Charities planned Live Entertainment. The complaint received was regarding the noise from bars in general, Paulino asked us if we would stop the live entertainment because of the latest complaint that was filed at the town hall.
After speaking to Bar Amsterdam, the Live Entertainment will go ahead as planned by Dutch Dave, the Fayre will start at 10am, entertainment is from 12pm - 4pm.
There will be a outside bar provided by bar Amsterdam, all drinks at this bar will cost €1.30 of that €1.30, €1 Euro will go to the charity and the remaining 30 cents will cover the bar Amsterdam costs.
On the day there will be raffle prizes, these include a meal for two donated from Cagney's Bar, a shopping voucher donated by the Apple Hiem super market, a drinks basket, a voucher from the British Butcher.
There will be a cake stall, a jewellery stall by, Denelle Design, there will be a Tombola (small cash prizes).
There will also be other stalls on the day.

On Friday December 14th Impact Charity has put aside €1000 Euros to spend on food, what ever money comes through the shop on the day of the Fayre and what is raised at the Fayre will also be added to this €1000 Euros.
We are hoping we can get the total up to €2000 to spend on food.
The food will be for... Caritas...Food For The Needy, La Marina / San Fulgencio... Cruz Roja.... EMAUS.

If you would like a stall please pop into either shop and ask for details, all we ask is that you donate a few tins of food / pasta / rice, anything you can spare.

We will also need help with buying this food and people with cars.

Thank you for the continued support.

A big thank you also goes to Kate, Hannah, Viv, Jenny, Mary, Christine and Sheila for keeping the shop open and running.

 Christine
