 On Weds 20th March Mandy Bartlam the owner of Stars in Bars and Pauline Prior together held a charity night to help raise funds for the needy of San Fulgencio at the Hogs Head in La Marina a fantastic line up of acts took part and donated their time for free these acts included:- Joanna, Paul Christie, Rob Bonovox, A Girl Called Soo, Matt Christian and it was hosted by the funny man Lynden B. 
 
 San Fulgencio has at the moment approx 50 families that need help these include approx 70 children of whom some only get to eat 3 times a week!! We raised an amazing 538.16e with raffles and games on the night and also Impact Charity in La Marina also donated another 400e so we now have raised 938.16e and this week we will be going out and getting food parcels to give to the families in time for Easter.
 
 Mandy of Stars in Bars would personally like to thank everyone involved in the night in helping to raise this fantastic amount and keep an eye out around September time as she is currently planning another charity night to help keep these families going.
