Can you make a cake? Would you like to win 1st prize in a local competition? The first prize will be a cookery lesson with Top Chef Gordon Atkins at The Vestry Restaurant. To enter all you have to do is email sueinthesun@hotmail.co.uk and put CAKE in the subject line. You will need to deliver your cake to Bar Sofia in El Raso (along the Lemon Tree Road) on Thursday July 4th. Judging will take place at 12.00 midday and the winner will be announced before The Fabulous Fashion and SHOE Show which starts at approximately 12.45p.m. We are also looking for two more people to make a signature dish for the restaurant and the winner will see their dish added to the menu and will also win a meal for two at Bar Sofia with wine - to enter this competition email sueinthesun@hotmail.co.uk and put signature dish in the subject line! if you are a Mary, Delia, Jamie or Gordon or if you just cook for fun do come along and join in this fun competition. Tickets for The Fashion and Shoe Show are just €2 and this includes a welcome drink. There is no entry fee for the Cake or Signature Dish Competition
