The main feature of this apartment are the incredible views you enjoy over the coastline, to the mountains and Fuengirola. They are stunning from both the terrace and from the lounge, whilst the bedroom has views over to the Church in Mijas. There are 2 communal pools, set within well maintained gardens where you can sunbathe. You will not tire of sitting on the terrace where you can sit until the sun dips down behind the mountains. The apartment is comfortably furnished with twin beds in the bedroom, and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge so the property can sleep up to 4 people. The 2 armchairs in the lounge are recliners, and there is a table with 4 chairs and 2 reclining chairs for the terrace area. Both lounge and bedroom have hot/cold air-conditioning, but if you prefer there are free standing fans. In addition to SKY free to air channels, there is a DVD player with USB port and memory card reader. The American style kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave, kettle etc. The apartment is on the first floor, but the stairs are not steep. This lovely property is popular, so if you want to holiday during the months of July and August please book in good time. Although there is no allocated parking, there is parking just outside the gated entrance to the complex. A full range of linen is supplied by the owners, including beach towels. The owners request no smoking in the apartment, and they do not consider it suitable for young children. Airport collection and return can be arranged.
