Perfect holiday apartment for up to 4 guests in La Playa San Juan (one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Blanca), province of Alicante, situated 350m away from the sandy beach. Restaurants, cafes and the closest grocery shop is located just within 3 minutes walking distance away from the apartment. You can spend you holidays relaxing on the sandy beach while sunbathing, swimming, playing volleyball and football, exercising on the gym equipment that is located right on the beach, or trying out some water sports (surfing, windsurfing, diving, sailing, kayaking), walking, jogging, cycling and rollerblading along the main promenade, which is situated along the coast line. 
 
You will also enjoy sightseeing in Alicante city (the capital of the province of Alicante), which is only 9km away from the apartment, visiting its museums, cinemas and variety of shops. There is a tram station close to the building (10 minutes walk) from where you can get to Alicante within 20 minutes drive by train. If you are more of an adventurous person you might enjoy your time in an amusement park “Terra Mitica” and a water park “Aqualandia”, which are located in Benidorm. You can get to the parks within 1:13h drive by train and during the trip to enjoying the beautiful sights of the Mediterranean Sea and Spanish villages as the tram line goes just along the coast. 

You can easily reach Alicante Airport, which is just 21km away from the building.

The apartment (70m²) is located on the 1st floor of a 9 - story building. There are 3 rooms (2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 single bed) and a saloon), a bathroom and a kitchen in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with all of the electronic home appliances you need for your holidays. You can find a gas hob, a refrigerator, an oven, a cooker hood in the kitchen and a TV in the saloon, all of the dishes you need as well as towels and bed linen. There is a small laundry room in the apartment with a washing machine and an iron. Internet connection is available if necessary for extra EUR 40.

The common area around the building is securely fenced. You can find 2 large swimming pools and 2 swimming pools for children, 2 playgrounds for children, 3 tennis courts, a basketball court, a football field, gym and squash courts, an overground parking place as well as a cafe in the yard of the building.
