APARTMENT in Torrequebrada, just 5 minutes walk to the beach with superb swimming pools set in mature gardens.

The apartment is located in a well run complex with superb swimming pools and mature exotic gardens.  There is a gated entrance into the grounds of the complex, making it very secure, with parking available for residents.

Situated on the first floor, the apartment comprises of spacious comfortably furnished lounge/diner with American style kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.  The lounge has a sofa bed enabling the apartment to sleep up to a maximum of 6 people.  There is a guest cloakroom with bath.  The Master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom has twin beds.  Patio doors lead out onto the large terrace which receives sun until approximately 3 pm in the summer months, making it excellent for sunbathing.

There are two large swimming pools plus a children's pool available set in exotic gardens. A kiosko serves snacks and drinks.

Or walk to Torrequebrada beach in just 5 minutes.  Torrequebrada beach has a superb café called "Pireino's" with live music during the summer months - a perfect place to wine and dine until the sun sets.  Nearby is Torrequebrada Casino Hotel with live shows and, of course, the Casino itself.

There is a Hipercor supermarket and several other shops and bars within easy walking distance of the apartment, plus of course a Chiringuito which is one of Spains beach restaurants famous for their fish.
