We have a well-appointed three-bedroom house built in the Spanish style and situated on the Dream Hills urbanisation, south of Torrivieja. It is within easy reach of both Alicante (45 mins) or Murcia (30 mins) ection from either airport can be arranged.

KITCHEN is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, utensils and cutlery.
BEDROOM 3 has two beds, wardrobe and bedside tables.
SHOWER ROOM also has hand basin and toilet.
MASTER BEDROOM has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. French windows lead to a terrace.
BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables.
BATHROOM has a bath with shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet.

TWO COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOLS are about 3-5 minute walk from the house and entry is free.
There are views of the salt lake and mountains from the roof terrace. The two communal swimming pools and local shopping centres are within a few minutes walk. The golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are within 10-20 minutes drive, as are the beaches of Campoamor,Playa Flamenca, Los Loco, Cabo Roig and La Zenia.
There is modern sports and music halls in the town. Other activities include aqua park, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, jetski, hiking and bird watching on both of Torrevieja's famous salt lakes which help produce one of the healthiest climates in the world according to the World Health Organisation
Torrevieja is a busy Spanish town. Salt is exported from its large harbour, which also has a beautiful marina and the pier is about 1Km long. The sea front has shops, restaurants,fair and a small market to suit all tastes and budgets. On Friday there is a huge outdoor market for bargains and presents for all the family and a smaller local market at Playa Flamenca on Saturday mornings and San Miguel De La Salinas on Wednesday Mornings
There are many colourful carnivals, exibitions, book fairs, and religious festivals held through the year. Many processions are held at night and should not be missed. There are several other towns worth visiting, including Orihuela, Murcia, Elche, San Pedro del Pinitar and the Mar Menor plus the cities of Alicante and Cartagena.
IMPORTANT NOTES: A 25% booking deposit is required and the balance to be paid on arrival to the local agent plus a €150 damage deposit and cleaning charge of 60 Euros. Smoking outside only please. Bring your own beach towels. A car is essential to visit the many attractions on the Costa Blanca
