 beautiful villa is set high on the hillside on the La Sella Golf Resort, giving the most stunning views of the
 coastline, mountains and valley.  The accommodation comprises of master
 bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom, and full bathroom. 
There is a large living room with beamed ceilings and an open fireplace, flat
screen television with UK free to air programmes, DVD and Video Player.
 There is also a separate dining room but this room could be changed
back to a 3rd (double) bedroom if required.  The kitchen is modern and
bright and is fully fitted with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher
and washing machine.  Leading from the living room is a delightful open
naya where you can sit and watch the magnificent views and the sunsets.  
The
1,000 sqm gardens are private and very low maintenance and there is an
8m x 4m Roman style swimming pool with terrace surround.  Alongside the
pool area is a BBQ house with a professional gas barbecue with dining
table and chairs in which to enjoy some alfresco dining.
 
There
 is a 2.4 m satellite dish in the gardens so it would also be possible
to have your own Sky package if desired.  The property has telephone and
 ADSL and has gas central heating throughout (except the kitchen).  The
bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans which are great to have for the
warmer summer evenings.  The bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes.
 
The
 accommodation is all on one level but, due to its position, it does
have steps down to the house so it may not be suitable for young
children, elderly or infirm.
 
The property is
rented fully furnished and the pool and garden maintenance is included
in the rental cost.  Smoking is not permitted inside the property and
pets are not allowed.  Available for long term rental from September.
