A beautiful detached villa approximately 5 minutes from the beach by car or 20 minutes on foot. The Villa is on a large, private plot accessed by electric gates leading to a spacious parking area and well stocked large garden. The well proportioned accommodation comprises large lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen to include dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and iron, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a conservatory off the kitchen leading to the garden and BBQ area. Although there are 3 bedrooms, a camp bed is available enabling the villa to sleep up to 7. There is partial airconditioning and cable TV. The kidney shaped swimming pool is kidney shaped and is surrounded by grass and a tree which gives shade. The beautiful and well stocked garden surrounds the a offers a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops which overlook the Arenal beach. The sandy beach is ideal for families with young children. Deck chairs and umbrellas can be hired and also pedallos. It is possible to have sailing lessons, boat rental for water skiing and scuba diving with professionals. The market is every Thursday in the old town and it offers good fresh food at a fair price. Javea has its own golf course and there are several other courses within easy reach of the villa. The Arenal beach is the nearest to the villa but there are also a large number of beaches surrounding the area. From nearby Denia it is possible to hire a ferry and make a day trip to Ibiza. Benidorm is 40 minutes away with a water park and Terra Mitica theme park and there are many villages to explore.
