On Wednesday the 2nd of May at 11:30 am in the Social Centre on Urb Marina there will be a meeting for everyone interested in personal security and also the Neighbourhood Watch. It will be attended by the Commandant of the Guardia Civil in Alicante, members of the Guardia Civil in Guardamar and members of the local police force. 
 
 They will be giving advice on how to stay safe and protect yourselves.
 
 If you need more information, please contact the Office for the Urbanisations in Calle Madrid on 966 443 002 or come into the office. 
 
 This came to me direct from the Town Hall. It is a shame that this type of information is not being put up DIRECT onto this forum. Over 1,000 people visit this page a day. It is pointless it being put up on a private Councillor Blog where very few people see it. Me thinks that in the nicest way you the local Wall posters have frightened the powers that be away.
