Surly the best way to stop all this trouble with the bars etc on the urb is for all the places to trade within the correct trading laws/conditions set upon them by there paperwork (that they should have known about when buying /leasing said establishment after all why buy and run a illegal businesses unless to cause grief with a hidden agenda) and stop moaning about how its hard to earn a living without trading illegally this must be the cause of part of the problem that they have created for themselves lets get behind all the legal bars etc and PUT a stop to this once and for all showing the moaners that they cant ruin a good area that could well be a great area again as it was in the haydays with every one enjoying what was on offer
