# Buying in La Marina

Hi All,
  I'm going to buy a place in La Marina, I was there in May and viewed properties with Smarts, Barclay's, IPG etc. Im returning in September to hopefully buy. I'm on my own, so just looking for a one bed Josefina type. Have any of you out there, any hints or tips on things to look out for or be aware of ? I saw as few, that had large cracks in their terrace and up the walls, the estate agents said that this is normal and no concern, should this be a concern ? Thanks in advance, I'd appreciate any help, Julie
